How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also view your order history and real-time status by visiting the 'Orders' section in your Google Store account.

What is your return policy for hardware devices?

You can return most items within 15 calendar days after the day you received them. For Nest thermostats and Verizon contract phones, the window is 30 days. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Does my device come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all new Google hardware devices come with a limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. You can also purchase Preferred Care for extended coverage and accidental damage protection.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also use Google Pay or apply for Google Store Financing on eligible purchases.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, the Google Store only ships to addresses within the same country where the purchase was made. Please ensure you are browsing the store version specific to your delivery region.

How do I cancel an order I just placed?

You can cancel your order within a very short window after placement. Go to your order history and look for the 'Cancel order' button. If the button is no longer visible, the order has already entered the shipping process.
