Google Store Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Sign in to your order history on the Google Store and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label and pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Attach the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location as specified in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
